Express Lube is advertised all over your service drive but 2.5 hrs does not quite equal express. It is pretty frustrating that I cannot get a simple service like and oil change in under an hour.

Obi worked tirelessly to assist me in finding and purchasing the right truck. Most was done through text and email which made it so much more convenient.
The people in the service department are great. However the prices being charged for parts and service is way out of line. For example I can buy shocks for my 2500 RAM directly from Mopar at a cost that is 3X to 4X cheaper than what the dealership is charging. Because of this I will Look elsewhere for my service.
These people are top notch. I had a recall on my Jeep summit and Beth quickly arranged to have the parts and scheduled a time to get the ca in the shop. Everything worked out as it should.

I have scheduled an appointment specifically on weekend though I have other priorities to get the paint work estimate and recall, but only recall was done and the estimate was not done.

Had some trouble getting my own financing, but Cade and the crew at Covert CDJR went the extra mile and helped me get a Wrangler I could afford. I live in the Davis Mountains in west Texas where ‘Jeepin’ comes in real handy sometimes. If y’all are wonderin where to buy a Jeep or other vehicles, go see Cade and crew. They did me righteous.

Horrible. Will not do business with them ever again. Had a failure on my Jeep that took 3 months to fix with no communication back from the dealer of any sort - they didn't even try for the first month and a half until we made them give us a loaner car. They left my jeep open out in the rain and returned it to me disgusting, dirty and not fixed properly.
Leona is the nicest person ever! Very responsive, helpful, and cheerful. As for the service, I was originally told I'd have to leave the car for days, but it was only one night. That's great, but I am irritated that when I make an appointment, it's an appointment to drop off the car for days - not an appointment to have it worked on. It's true that's the way a lot of car dealerships do it now, but in principle it's a terrible practice. So 4/5 stars for the service.
I have been very pleased with the service at Covert CDJR Bee Cave. Beth has been so helpful! I recently had my Jeep in for a repair covered under warranty. She gave me a loaner vehicle and kept me informed on the status of the repairs. Beth always promptly returns my calls and emails. This location is not close to my home...but totally worth the drive. Beth is the best!

We purchased a used vehicle a month ago and the vehicle was not ready then. It is sitll not ready. Nothing deflates the investment of a new vehicle like buying a car that the dealer does not have ready to be driven.
Good communication of expectations and timeframes throughout the service. Service Advisor provides good outline of expectations. Work appears to have been done right the first time so no repeats trips required.
If you need a vehicle there is no better dealership than Covert CDJR Bee Cave and there is no better sales person than Don Murphy. We went in this morning and had the best and easiest experience in purchasing a new Gladiator. We aren’t the most difficult customers but not the easiest either and the team made it simple and hassle free.

This review is for Jeep service/warranty. Recently had a major repair under warranty through this service department. The service director, Chris M., went above and beyond to get the repair done as quickly and painlessly as possible. I am extremely happy to have my Wrangler back in excellent working order. Dealership had my car for three weeks. Told me it was fixed and had been driven at least 20 miles to confirm repair, but my car broke down with the same issue less than a mile from the dealership after I picked it up. I noted that the car only had three miles on it from the time I dropped it off to when it was picked up, the car had not been driven post repair as I was told. I had to return the car to the dealership for another two days for repair.
Anita and Alex were wonderful. They helped me into the vehicle that I wanted. These two went above and beyond to help the process go smoothly.

I wanted to edit my review. I am usually very weary and skeptical of auto dealers. Coming here was no different. However, Ryan Wong went above and beyond. There was a slight hiccup with the new "used" vehicle I purchased the minute after the sale was complete. Ryan handled it in a way that I would never have expected. 100% deserves the 5 star rating.
Ryan Wong was very helpful and his sales manager needs to work on his people skills and not jump to assumptions... the finance department lacks in their due diligence at signing and once they get an idea in their heads, they change their demeanor... this is not the first time I ran into issues with Covert CDJR... you would think that I would've learned after the first time...

went in for two recall, a faulty auto stop and start and oil change/ tire rotation. left my ruck and got great service from courtesy driver. All work was completed in a timely manner except that the service rep forgot to annotate the faulty auto stop and start so that was not done. Service rep was very forthcoming on his mistake. Also, the oil life was not reset as required. I returned days later for that and it was repaired in a day. All work was satisfactory and service agents were also courteous.

My experience with this dealer was excellent. Beth provided me with timely updates on what was wrong with my vehicle and the time frame for the vehicle being repaired. I also like being able to pay the invoice online. This visit was my first time at this dealership because, I did not know that it was there. Live about 10 minutes away, so going forward this is where the vehicle will be serviced.

My Jeep was returned to me with a new small dent in the hood, and new scratches on the hood that were not there when I left the Jeep to be serviced. I was very upset and so disappointed. I have done business with the Covert family since 1990, and this was a very unpleasant surprise.

Cannot speak more highly of the team here! After going to three other dealerships for a simple computer update for my 2025 - each told me I would need to drop my truck off and it would ambiguously be up to three weeks before i would get it back... The service department at Covert Bee Cave got me scheduled immediately and they installed the update (and fixed faulty programming in my passenger window) in 20 minutes.
