Carlos is great! He listened to my concerns about my vehicle and let me know the process of the evaluation and using the loaner vehicle. Friendly and Professional demeanor. The only thing, and has nothing to do with Carlos, was that my car was so dirty when I picked it back up. I had just had it washed, and the amount of dust on it was crazy. Do you normally run the exterior through the car wash or no?
They were very helpful and professional. I love the way everything was explained. No hassle no lies everything they said was correct. The young lady that help has to be one of the best if not the best sale person. I glad I went there to buy my car.

Bought an older pre-owned small SUV for my daughter in late July. Having bought many a car in my life from private owners and dealerships, it was a very good experience with Dylan in sales and Christian in finance, as well as the welcome desk, manager, and other salesperson. Would definitely consider another purchase there.

Obi did a great job in helping us out today to get our son his first car.
Service was great. The warranty covered everything we expected it to cover and it was ready when we came to pick it up. I would have appreciated it more if the car was cleaned inside and out as it smelled a little like grease when we picked it up. The smell when away after a couple days so it wasn't too bad. That being said, I'm used to having the car cleaned whenever we have taken out r cars to other dealerships for repairs in the past.
Just purchased a vehicle from covert CDJR. Don Murphy went above and beyond with the purchase. Don helped me from initial contact to closing out my deal on my ram 1500. My previous vehicle was totaled and during the process I contacted Don regarding a new vehicle. Don kept in contact with me for about a week; I never felt the pressure of buying. The entire process was very client orientated. This type of experience is not one that can be replicated and many of times is not achieved by dealerships as they try and push sales over customer satisfaction.

Terrible communication. Had our service vehicle towed in due to a transmission issue. The service department would not take my call or respond to my voice mail message after numerous attempts. Once they did contact me, I was told that it would take a week to do the assessment for the vehicle because we did not have an appointment (Note, the vehicle was brought in on an emergency basis). I almost had the vehicle towed to another dealer but did not want to incur the cost.
I have had multiple service appts here, this last one was not ideal. The service staff were not friendly, did not do a good assessment to ascertain what was needed beyond an oil change, did not ask about filters, etc; did not offer any further services and could not even speak to any of the fluid statuses, or outcomes of my inspection. There used to be a female service staff who was amazing, the current individuals were at best fair. I cannot speak to the work performed, as they dont provide any paperwork beyond a bill.
Valerie and her team were awesome! Friendly, kind and professional. Can’t recommend them enough.

Cade Watson and Alex the Sales Manager are some of best individuals to work with I have ever come across, my situation was a little different from most customers. I trade in my Nissan for Lexus and I needed some additional cash for a family emergency, these 2 individuals went to work and I was finished with everything in less than 2 hours and headed home. If you need a vehicle I highly recommend these 2 fine individuals to help you with any issues on finding that vehicle they will go work immediately and treat you with kid gloves.

Not pleased. The service manager did an admirable job at customer retention but overall not satisfied with the service I received. If you have a choice this might not be the dealership and/or location that you want to go to. Could be a fluke or maybe it's just me but i expect more. Went in for an oil change. Asked them to also check air on tires. I was told that's part of the vehicle check. It was not done, left with low air in tires. Discount tire filled them. Hopefully everything else was done

Since they sent me multiple emails begging for a review, I'll be honest. It is always a scammy and gross feeling every time I have to interact with these folks. They lied to me when I bought the car about finance options, ensuring they got the most kickbacks, not the best deal for me, and then wouldn't fix it when I called them out on it the next day. Don’t buy a used car from this place. Make sure you leave with two sets of keys. Don’t believe them when they say that their Covert package coverage was purchased. If you leave with one key they will tell you that since you purchased the Covert deal that it will cover another key. They tell you to lie and don’t tell them you purchased the car with one key. The service person did not communicate when he said he would. He lied 2 times to us about calling. Said he called my husband but my husband said he never got call. We have had it in the shop 4 or 5 times over a noise in front end. We explained how to replicate it and asked them to drive on rough road.
