Not kept abreast of the timing that it was gonna take on our first visit
Service department is extremely slow with diagnostics and repairs. The service rep never calls or updates, I had to keep checking with her every day for updates. Even when I did reach her, she didn't know anything anyway. This is about the 4 or 5 time I have had my truck serviced here. I will never bring my truck back to this location for service again. Worst service department I've ever been to. I will drive to Nyle Maxwell from now on.

There was a little haggling with the finance department but overall a good experience for a dealership. I always get anxious buying a new vehicle, but it was way better than the last dealership ( #%*max)😱.

Bad customer service nothing but lies and can’t get ahold of anyone after I sign for my new vehicle, regarding the payoff on my trade in vehicle it’s been almost a month and they haven’t paid it off and I can’t get anywhere nobody returns my calls. I don’t recommend this dealership stay away avoid headaches.
We bought our truck online and this dealership was fast and professional. We didn't get the run around. We traded a truck in and they were fair in their pricing. I found the truck online and by the next morning we were signing papers and then the next day they delivered my truck and picked up my trade. I never left the house. That is great service!
